I no des d&#8217;ara: <strong>des del 12 de maig del 2019<\/strong> . <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Aquell dia va entrar en vigor el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2019-3481\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Reial decret llei 8\/2019<\/strong><\/a> , que va modificar l&#8217;article 34.9 de l&#8217;Estatut dels treballadors. La guia oficial del Ministeri de Treball admet f\u00f3rmules telem\u00e0tiques, fulls signats o altres sistemes, sempre que permetin complir l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 legal i acreditar la jornada de manera <strong>objectiva, fiable i no manipulable<\/strong> . <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Aqu\u00ed hi ha el problema real de l&#8217;Excel i el paper:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">S\u00f3n f\u00e0cilment modificables, cosa que pot generar dubtes de fiabilitat davant d&#8217;un inspector.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">No deixen rastre dels canvis realitzats<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Generen treball administratiu manual cada mes<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">A la pr\u00e0ctica, molts inspectors els q\u00fcestionen si no van acompanyats d&#8217;evid\u00e8ncies addicionals<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Prohibici\u00f3 del paper i Excel com a sistemes de registre<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Obligaci\u00f3 de sistemes digitals amb segellat temporal autom\u00e0tic i immutabilitat t\u00e8cnica<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Acc\u00e9s remot en temps real per a la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Registre detallat de pauses, hores extra i gu\u00e0rdies<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">R\u00e8gim sancionador m\u00e9s sever, calculat per treballador afectat<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Est\u00e0 aprovat? No. <\/strong>  A data de mar\u00e7 de 2026, aquest decret no ha estat publicat al BOE. El projecte ha passat per diversos intents: primer com a part de la reforma de reducci\u00f3 de jornada a 37,5 hores (que el Congr\u00e9s va rebutjar), despr\u00e9s com a decret independent tramitat amb urg\u00e8ncia. El Consell d&#8217;Estat va emetre el mar\u00e7 del 2026 un dictamen amb observacions importants sobre la norma, cosa que implica que s&#8217;ha de revisar abans d&#8217;aprovar-se definitivament.  <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">No hi ha data concreta dentrada en vigor. El que s\u00ed que \u00e9s segur \u00e9s que <strong>la direcci\u00f3 de la normativa \u00e9s inequ\u00edvoca<\/strong> : el digital ser\u00e0 obligatori.
